  Price was great, home was roomy and clean. Had all cooking untinsels and fully stocked bathrooms with everything you would need.

  We rented this property for the weekend to attend a family reunion. Upon arrival, the house looked really clean, however we noticed smell in the house, I contacted the owner, she sent someone right over to clean the air. It was really easy to get in touch with her. The listing mentioned 4 smart TV's, there were only 3, TV in the living room we couldn't locate the remote control to, and the internet kept dropping. Overall the rental and neighborhood was really nice. We had more then enough space for our family.

• The best getaway

  I love this vacation home. It was exactly how it like on the spacious. I love the bedrooms and the living room was big enough for my family. I love the patio area also. Host was very easy to reach. Great communications from the host. I would stay again.

• Neat, but not clean

  There were good amenities and comfortable beds, but the property needs a deep cleaning, and the dishwasher has rust. In addition, there was a large amount of garbage on the side of the house piled up attracting a swarm of flies. Once we entered the home the floor was noticeably uncleaned, same for the tubs and toilets. There weren't any mops or cleaning supplies to clean up after accidents by our pet.In the master bedroom, the toilet light was not working and the back porch was unusable. Needs to be hosed down or a deep cleaning.It was annoying to re-enter the TV code every time the channel was changed. On the security level, the master bedroom windows did not lock. The amount of dust and dead bugs on the window ledge was unacceptable. On a positive note, the property manager did respond promptly when a request was made for the TV passcode and a plumber for the hallway bathroom drainage issue.

• Peacefulness

  This home is exactly like it shown in the pictures, but better. The living room and kitchen was big and spacious. The kids room have book and a ps4 which my daughter love. All the bedrooms were beautifully decorated, but the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The plus for me was the patio. It was nice and peaceful. The host response time was quick and efficient at all times. Would be back again.
