Return to Niceville
5/5 We lived in Niceville, and this was our first trip back in several years. Our boys grew up and graduated from high school there. Our youngest son passed away ten months ago and we wanted to take his daughters there to show them where their dad grew up. The house provided a great place to stage out of and we loved the house. Hopefully we cna come back in the future.

Outstanding Deal and Home
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. Choctawatchee Bay was just across the street. It may not be on the beach like so many desire, but it's centrally located to get access to any public beach by crossing any bridge and best of all you don't have to deal with all the traffic and congestion to go out, until you hit the tourist trap areas and the beach.The host extremely helpful and courteous. We'll return in the future.

Waterview
5/5 An older home but updated with adorable retro style. Owners were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a welcome gift (bottle of wine) and cooked out with their charcoal grill. We would have sat outside and taken in the water view but it was too a bit humid and hot for a fire in May. Instead we enjoyed the view from inside windows.
