Great Location
4/5 The house is charming and conveniently located close to the beach and Las Olas shopping with plenty of parking room for three vehicles. The water views were very nice and the covered patio a big plus, the house is located on a quite street surrounded by expansive homes. The only drawback was that only one of the large bedrooms had and ensuite and the shared hallway bathroom only had a large jacuzzi tub, no shower. The evolve staff was responsive throughout the process.
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, immaculate home with just the perfect of mix of modern convenience and original charm. The huge waterside deck and adjacent pool are absolutely perfect for a leisurely few days away and the host and property manager were exceptional. Highly recommended.
