4/5 Only issue was large cleaning fee I had paid for areas I had to clean. Dirty rugs, toys and trash in back yard. Rugs had to be washed. Owner stated would try to get my fee refunded. Waiting for months now with no refund. I do these rentals every year. Largest cleaning fee I have ever paid. Only time I had to wash rugs, scrub areas, and clean up trash and food in yard.
