  Condo was nice for our little getaway. Spotless, which we love. Location is really nice but there was road construction going on, so there was a bit of traffic. Only issue we had was that the unit def Needs room darkening shades! There are bright lights outside and it looks like daylight all night long.

  Grandpa made good for youngest granddaughter to get to beach this Summer.I’m former resident of area so it was easy carefree 3 days.

• Great place but dirty

  Property was very nice but there was dirt on counter tops. Floors had sand. Grease in bottom of oven. Microwave was dirty and laundry in dryer when we arrived

• Hopeful First timer=disappointed family

  This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo borders a beautiful natural marshland & has the potential to be a great respite from todays hectic life. Registration,billing& Checkin was very efficient & well documented. To our surprise, upon arrival we found the unit had not been cleaned, with wet towels on the floor & dirty linens in piles in bedrooms. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, pots & pans, & flatware. We contacted host to advise of above. His response was “oh s__t!”. He then advised that clean linens were in closets & could be used. No offer to remedy the situation. We discovered said “clean linens” were in fact also soiled. So our first night was spent doing multiple loads of laundry. We were not familiar with the energy efficient washer/dryer & there were no instructions for any appliances in the unit. Also perishable food items were left in the freezer/fridge. We were very disappointed that the start of our brief but very needed vacation was spent cleaning up after prior tenants. Even had to sweep up bacon bits & chips throughout the unit. We’d recommend that the owner replace the bath mats which were quite dirty & add room darkening curtains that cover entire width of windows & door to balcony from 2nd bedroom as exterior lights are on 24/7.

• Condo is beautiful

  This condo is beautiful. Nicely furnished and comfortable and clean. Everything you need is provided. The master bedroom bed was comfortable except for the plastic mattress cover . . . the sheet kept slipping all over the place. But since it was so quiet in the condo, we were able to sleep well. Also, the master bedroom has a door to the balcony and there is no covering on the glass. It seems very strange to have an uncovered glass door in a bedroom. The balcony has a nice view of the water and boats. It was pleasant sitting out there. The condo is within 20 minutes of beaches and shopping. So the location is good but traffic can be busy. Trying to find the actual condo upon our arrival was a process. The condo numbers are not on the outside of the building. You have to go into the building to find the condo. Even though we had the condo number what we needed was the parking space number that is assigned to the condo. We had to go into the condo to find that . . . and it was pouring rain. The parking space is some distance from the entrance to the building and there is a ramp that you have to walk up to get to the entrance. Once we figured it all out we were okay. I didn't know that I had to press the keylock icon on the keypad to lock the door. This was something new to me. The hot water . . . you have to run the water for a bit before the hot water comes out. Overall it is a very nice place to stay.
