  The property is centrally locally and very clean, we just expected 3 baths but it is 2.5 baths. Property manager very efficient !

  Beautiful views, super clean and had everything you needed. Excellent communication from Usman! Close to restaurants, activities and grocery store. Would definitely recommend staying here.

• Not a good experience

  The convenience of this property to visit Charis Bible College was one reason we picked to stay here. The home was very clean and spacious and accommodated our group well. The property manager communicated promptly to answer any questions. The amenities we needed were supplied. We enjoyed having the King bed in the master. If we travel to Woodland Park again with a group of 6, we would not hesitate to stay here again!

• Not a good experience

  It is a new construction and unfortunately not a good experience for us.When we arrived, the master bath shower curtain was on the ground broken. The property manager suggested we use the curtain from the other bathroom. That didn't work either. They left a new shower rod outside the door, but we really didn't have the time to figure out how to install it. The water pressure in the master shower is low. But what is weird is that when you step into the shower, the water pressure drops more.We also asked if there was a hair dryer and was told, "No. It is a fire hazard" (but yet there is a toaster and an iron). Everywhere we stay (including hotel rooms) usually have hair dryers so that was disappointing.I wish we had know that construction was happening outside the property.

  Hi Mark, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We're sorry that your stay fell short of expectations and that you did not have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide our guests.
  - We have high standards of hospitality for our property and strive to provide a positive experience to our guests. In your request for early check-in, we gladly agreed to the check-in at 2pm when the normal check-in time is 4pm.
  - We can confirm that the shower curtain rod in the master bathroom wasn't reported as broken prior to your arrival by the cleaning staff. Once we were made aware of the concern, we immediately tried to resolve the issue by providing you with an alternative to use the secondary bathroom while we order a new shower curtain rod. Within a couple of hours, a new shower curtain rod was being delivered and we confirmed if we can install it for you but you stated you'd do it yourself.
  - We're sorry to hear about the low water pressure that impacted your stay. Unfortunately, we have no control over this concern as we use city water and can't adjust the pressure.
  - The listing and photos accurately advertise the home and all of the amenities that are available for guest use. And hair dryer is in the exclusion list, that being said If you had requested one, we would have been able to have one ordered and delivered to you on the same day just as we did with the shower curtain rod.
  - We are unsure of the construction that you are referring to since all of the townhomes have been completed about six months ago and no active constructions were taking place at the time of your stay.
  We continue to receive glowing 5-star reviews for our property. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
