This property is as advertised. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the owners were quick to address our one concern. Being from Texas, we never imagined a unit would not have a/c. Our mistake, lol. Jarrell was quick to give us some tips to keep the place cool and it worked! The proximity to Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckinridge was very convenient. And of course very close to tons of hiking trails.We would definitely stay here again should we return to the area in the future.

We stayed at this location for 3 weeks and it's a wonderful place for a family to hang out. The common area (living room/kitchen) is nice and big and comfortable with beautiful full windows looking at the mountains. The owners were very helpful, both before we arrived and through our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils for most cooking needs. The only thing to consider is the 3rd bedroom is open (around a wall) to the living room/ kitchen so it was a bummer in the mornings when people were up and moving around in the kitchen and the 3rd bedroom occupants were still sleeping. Otherwise it's a great spot!

We stayed for 3 weeks at this townhouse and it was a great property. The living room / kitchen area was wonderful to hang out in, the location is ideal for access to the Front Range ski resorts, and the owners were very helpful from before we arrived until we left. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils for most cooking needs, the neighbors were quiet and pleasant, and the house has plenty of room for a crowd to co-exist.
