The home was a quick walk into town and had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again when visiting!
This home was perfect for our family of five! It had everything we needed and some to make our stay comfortable and fun! The house was clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house sits just a few blocks from downtown. Holly had tips for our trip set out in the house, and was available if needed! Perfect little get away!

The house was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stocked OK, but being someone who enjoys cooking, I would have appreciated a better nonstick skillet and maybe some aluminum foil/Ziploc’s or plastic wrap. We were able to use what was there was no problem. There were some space heaters, but even with the larger, somewhat noisy, heating unit on the wall, the house was chilly most of the time. One of the (older?) space heaters tripped the circuit breaker, so we were reluctant to use it after that. There was a wood-burning stove that may have helped, but with everything we read about it in the house manual, it seemed like more effort than we wanted to put forth. The neighborhood felt safe and overall the experience was quite positive.

We enjoyed our stay at Grady’s Getaway. It was cute and cozy and had everything we needed.

Overall, the place was good, however, the owner had a gas heater installed prior to our arrival. The maintenance man cut the gas to install the heater. He did not restart/light the gas water heater. After spending the day hiking 14ers, we were looking forward to a nice hot shower before dinner. No such luck. The owner did address the issue, but it was much later than we needed and after our plans.
