- Hunters are welcome, but hunting is not allowed on private property. The property offers easy access to surrounding public lands where hunting is allowed
- The washer and dishwasher can only be used during daylight hours since the home is solar powered
- This single-story home requires 3 steps to enter
- All pets must be housebroken. Potty pads are not allowed
- The property’s neighbors have hybrid wolf dogs that are contained on their property. They may at times sound like wolves but there are none on-site
- The property does not have air conditioning
- The property does not have cell service but does feature WiFi
- Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 faces out from the front entry, camera 2 is on the entry drive facing the driveway, camera 3 faces out from the lower bedroom door, camera 4 faces out from the back entry, camera 5 is on the back of the home facing out toward the backyard, and camera 6 faces out from the solar shed door. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion



PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 41555 Co Rd T, Saguache, CO 81149
- From Hwy 285, go west onto Co Rd T. At the first cattle guard, veer to the right instead of going straight. Stay on this road for about 5 miles, crossing over 3 more cattle guards. Shortly after that last cattle guard, there will be a blue address marker sign on the left, followed by a big Y intersection. Take the right side until you see a fenced area on the left, then take the right switchback turn immediately after it. Follow the incline up to the house, which will be the first on the left

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be 00 followed by the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. Trash must be in bags and placed in the latched wooden bin on the northwest side of the pumphouse (furthest east building)
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
