Better than house next door
3/5 This house is old but felt more updated than the gambler house next door and had better sleeping arrangements and overall room.
Again this house's kitchen was sparsely supplied and we had to go out and buy coffee mugs, wine glasses, towels, etc. The owner did reimburse for this however.
Backyard overgrown, junky and unuseful. BBQ disgustingly dirty and would never use it in the way it was
Cozy Old Home in Mesa Junction
4/5 My family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The house is older, but with lots of updates. The house was roomy and accommodating for our little family, with room to spare to bring the in-laws. There are three bedrooms total. Two downstairs bedrooms; one bedroom that’s near the front door has a king size bed, and the other that’s closer to the kitchen has a queen size bed. The upstairs bedroom appears to be full size. One full size bathroom is located downstairs near the kitchen, and the other full size bathroom is locating upstairs through the 3rd bedroom. My kids were a little creeped out to stay upstairs because there is a walk-in attic access entry point in the closest upstairs, that reminded them of a horror movie.
The living room has a sectional that contains a pull out couch, and one end of the couch has a recliner built in. Attached to the downstairs bedroom up front, is an added lounge area. There is a sliding glass door that separates the large bedroom from that lounge. There’s a couch and a comfy chair in that lounge. The couch also turns into a pull out bed.
The kitchen has lots of bar seating around the large two level bar. For those that prefer to sit at a kitchen table, there is not one at the property. Additionally there is a large laundry room near the kitchen as well.
Overall we were very pleased with the property and would book here again the next time we bring the in-laws with us.

No Privacy
3/5 some windows had no curtains/blinds. Needed some cleaning. No coffee pot. No fire extinguisher. No patio furniture. waiting for $50 refund for inconvenience.
