  Upon arrival everything seems great, paid extra to take my pets,and of course the cleaning charge.

  One the 2 nd day of our stay, their cleaning lady ended up hitting my vehicle by backing into it and not alerting me to the damage she caused.

  I reported the incident to Leslie.

  Come to find out on she left her cleaning job incomplete.

  As we were doing clean up we discovered the cleaning to the top part we rented was also unfinished. Dishwasher was full of pervious guest dishes. Dryer was crammed full of bedsheets and towels that did not dry fully. So not sure why we are paying the extra cleaning. Leslie question me as to what I hit, took the cleaner word for it and nothing else was resolved.

  The AC unit was not working properly as it hit 87 degrees in the home.

  Would not recommend staying her.

• Do not stay here

  Upon arriving the dishwasher was full off the last guest dishes and the dryer was full off bedding and towels that were still damp.

  The maid hit my truck and the company refused to take care of the damage that she did on my fender and down the side.

  I would not recommend this stay as they are not upstanding.

  Being charged for cleaning fees and yet they do no not clean as they expect the place to be picked up when guest leave.

  Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

  - Upon investigation, we found that the claim of anyone hitting her truck was not any of our caretaker's fault. We made a thorough effort and reviewed all our service providers and we are confident in denying this claim
  - The cleaners take pride in making sure that the cabin is cleaned upon your arrival. If you had concerns about the cleanliness, bringing it to our attention would have helped resolve the issue
  - Unfortunately, we do find that this review may be retaliatory against the cleaners and the outcome of the investigation since the comments you provided in the guest book regarding your stay were nothing but positive
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!

  We had trouble checking in- accidentally the cleaning lady took the key with her and we wanted a hour and a half for them to return. The smaller bedroom with twin beds was very hot. Small window units in the other 2 bedrooms and kitchen. We are used to central air. Beautiful property.

• The perfect spot

  The house was perfect. I booked it for my family including my parents, both in their mid 80s. For everything we had to do while in town the house had it all 3 bedrooms for a bit of privacy and great kitchen and a deck for morning coffee.
