Amazing Home to Recharge
5/5 A little getaway in a small farm town. The price was perfect. Plenty of privacy. Kind owner's and just overall a down home, cute and clean place. I felt so special in my own little home.Thanks again for a nice quite week. I will be back!

Better then a tent!
5/5 I booked it for a recent hunting trip to Colorado. It was perfect for me and a hunting buddy. It was clean, had soft beds and a nice bathroom. I would book it again if I come hunting again in the area.

What a wonderful find!
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful, yet they gave us our space. We really enjoyed how quiet the property was. It was just far enough away from Montrose to be peaceful, yet close enough to be convenient. The apartment itself is clean, quaint, and cozy. Gus and Tillie the dogs made it all the more wonderful! If we find ourselves in Montrose down the road, we will be staying here again for sure.

5/5 I cannot speak highly enough of this property or of our experience. We loved hearing some of the history of the property, and the buildings. We were so grateful to bob and Roxie for their hospitality. We loved the uniqueness of the property. We loved the dogs. And we were sad to leave the ranch but we will definitely be back.

Very Cool!
5/5 This working cattle ranch lodging was awesome. Nice clean modern living area with a huge sitting room. Bob, the host is a nice man. He even cooked our steaks and corn on the cob for us on his smoker-grill. There are two herding dogs that are very friendly and fun to be around. The have the run of the ranch and behave very well too!
