  • Outstanding stay in Estes CO

    5/5

The condo in Park River Place (626) was an awesome location to Rocky Mountain National Park and a short drive to downtown Estes. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We discovered the most wonderful walking path along the river just 5 minute walk from the condo. One bedroom on main floor and 2 bedrooms and game room downstairs. I would definitely go back to this property! 5 stars for sure!!

  • Wonderful place to stay

    5/5

We had a great time staying in this house. The house is very close to the Rocky Mountain NP and downtown Estes Park. The community was clean and quiet. The house was spacious, kids friendly, and fully loaded with all the supplies we needed in terms of kitchen items, bathroom supplies, games, and other essential items. However, we wished there was a BBQ grill, and a modern TV. Also, when we were there, the temperature was around 80's and the temperature control didn't have a cooling option. Although there was a fan, we had little discomfort at night especially since we were out and about during the day time. Overall, we had a great time staying in this property.

  • Surprise quests but great place!

    4/5

We were surprised at arrival that another family was occupying the home on the very same day as our arrival day/time. 2 different bookings for the same property was scary!! Thankfully we had paid in full and we're the registered for the stay so we got to move in and the other family had to move out. Quickly, we had to sanitize the place ourselves - was very strange experience but home was excellent, well stocked and 10 min from the National park.

  • Beautiful, convenient and comfortable condo in EstesPark!

    5/5

We brought our 2 grandchildren, age 9 and 10, for a week in Estes Park. The condo was absolutely perfect for us! The kids enjoyed having the downstairs to themselves with their own bedrooms, tv, lots of toys, games and videos/DVDs to watch. My husband and I enjoyed upstairs with our comfortable master bedroom and bathroom and deck. The kids had fun counting all the bears in the house. We kept finding more each day. Around the corner from the condo was Fun City and the town restaurants and shops so it was very easy to get to activities and restaurants. The Rocky Mountain National Park was a few miles the other direction. It couldn't have been more convenient. The river runs at the bottom of this community so we were able to walk down to the river snd splash in the water. We highly recommend renting Bear's Lair condo!
