Property was good, had a great stay. Called property manager one time, they didn’t answer on check in day. There was an additional fee that was a separate line item, that was not advertised until you checkout. That was disappointing, but the property was clean and nice.

Pros: Lots of space, very good kitchen/living room and peaceful area in Dolores. Easy check-in and great communication from both evolve and the host.
Cons: Bed was too soft for us. AC only in the living room, which would have been fine if there was a fan in the bedroom. It got a little hot when we were there..in July.
Overall this place is really cute, and would be perfect with a better mattress and fan in the bedroom.
Beautiful property….great proximity to Mesa Verde NP & Dolores Brewing Conpany (yummy pizza!).

This property was a pleasant surprise . . . as you pull-up to the location you're not sure you're at the right place - but you are!!! In fact, as you open the door, you will see it is much bigger than it looks from the outside . . . whenever my sister and I travel, we like stay at places that allows us fill like we are coming home, after a day at visiting the National Park (in this case, Mesa Verde) cook a meal, watch some TV, where we can relax; and this home in Dolores was perfect for that.Very Satisfied!!!!Deb SMay 2023
