Very nice house and property. Plenty of space and beds for our group.
Great Location and Great House.
BUT we had to do a lot of cleaning up to make it usable to enjoy, had to sweep off all of the cushions and back decks, pull weeds that were a foot talk and mow the backyard. Backyard furniture needs repaired, a umbrella would have been nice on the outside table and chairs. Inside the house the hardwood floors were filthy, we had to go buy swifter pads to clean the floors and bathroom floors and a broom and dustpan to sweep up.
Vacuum was broken so the carpet area rugs were nasty. Found part of a slice of pizza upstairs by the master bed. Murphy bed was broken, we had to repair to make it usable. The property management was supposed to tell us but failed to mention.
Kitchen hanging pot lids were covered in grease and dust.
On the good side, quiet neighborhood, sound home, nice neighborhood good location.
The home is furnished with plenty of dishes and coffee cups and glassware.
Only TV were in the bedrooms. Would have been nice to have a TV downstairs.
Hi Maxwell, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We genuinely value your concerns and want to assure you that we take them seriously. We apologize for any issues you encountered during your stay and have addressed your feedback with the homeowner, who wanted to respond as follows:
"-We sincerely apologize for any cleanliness issues you experienced. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we are committed to upholding high standards. We have taken your feedback seriously and refunded your full cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill.
-Regarding the lawn, it was mowed shortly before your arrival. However, due to the rainy season, the grass and weeds grew rapidly, making it challenging to maintain the lawn's appearance. We attempted to arrange for additional lawn care at our expense but were unfortunately unable to do so.
-We also want to clarify that the guest received an exception to have a party at the property. Any additional expectations regarding the lawn's appearance may have been a result of this. Please understand that during the springtime, many backyards in Denver can still have a slightly disheveled appearance due to the natural growth cycle.
-Lastly, we want to ensure you are aware that the property provides three TVs for your enjoyment. There are two TVs in the bedrooms and a spacious 60-inch TV in the family room located in the basement.
We apologize for any inconvenience you faced and want to assure you that we are actively working to address the concerns raised."
