3/5 Overall the stay was okay. The house is on a very busy intersection. But it is located well with easy access to the highway. The house is split with the top being one rental and the basement being another, which was not stated until the check in instructions. The Cleanliness needs some work, ceiling fans and end tables were dirty and dusty. The couch in the living room pictures was not what was there. Instead there was a cheap fouton couch and two chairs, which made it hard to sit together and relax. I won't be booking any houses that are managed by Evolve property management.

Great place to stay
5/5 Our stay was great. The host was communicative and all the amenities we needed were provided. This location is very close to Regis university so it was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
comfortable stay
5/5 The house had everything we needed. Plenty of space. Wall unit ACs worked well. Not much walking distance but the neighborhood was quiet and easy access to the freeways. Communication with the property manager was great, they helped us promptly with a request.
