  The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and a lot of the basic needs were provided. We had a problem with the wifi not working and I emailed one guy and then that guy told me to email a different guy. When I emailed the different guy he told me to email the first guy I had emailed. So the wifi never got fixed. The central air was not working, which we were not told about. They provided a portable air conditioner, but that was not enough to keep the bedrooms comfortable.

  Hi Aaron, we’re glad you enjoyed the comfortable beds and clean property, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following:
  - The property manager responsible for this unit unexpectedly quit without prior notice. Although he was listed as the guest contact, when you reached out, he referred you to me (the owner) without informing me about his departure. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The internet issue has since been resolved, and we now have a new guest contact in place.
  - The portable A/C unit was initially placed in an incorrect location, which resulted in reduced cooling airflow. However, it has been relocated, and it should now be effectively providing sufficient cool air throughout the property. We're in the process of updating our listing to ensure that future guests are well-informed about our current A/C setup.

• Near the part of town we needed, clean and comfortable

  We stayed here with our daughter and 2 small children. It's nice and clean, comfortable LR furniture, easy TV with Roku, remodeled kitchen and bath, which is always a plus. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of linens and towels. GREAT lighting -- a big plus for us over 75 folks! Nice pots and pans for those of us who cook at home. Good 5G wifi.

  The guest host, Deborah, was very responsive when we had a little glitch.

  This is a better place for a smaller group. It says it sleeps 6, but only has 4 kitchen chairs and 3 coffee mugs (in addition to the ample supply of glasses). The single cup coffee maker is better for coffee aficionados, but not for us who needed several cups in a busy morning kitchen. The trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom is not suitable for adults.

  Pay attention to the list of amenities: there is no washer/dryer, hair dryer, toaster, shampoo/conditioner, etc.

  Don't be put off by 1st impressions. Looks like they are just re-landscaping the front, so it was a bit overgown (Aug 2023) but it's nice inside.

  Has a great stay, perfect location not far from the main Denver attractions, easy to get to anywhere. Very easy communication with the hosts

• Posting seems deceptive

  Place was fairly decent. Portable A/C unit in large room on front of the house didn’t work for the A/C only the fan, bathroom had a ton of hair all over the shower and the floor, and there was a pizza box in the oven from who knows when. Posting states there’s a tenant below and quiet hours are listed on the site from 10p-7a but in the welcome folder at the property it’s asked in there that you keep the noise to a minimum all the time especially above the kitchen.

• Moths and noise

  Issues with moths in the unit. People staying downstairs were loud and had people over in the yard until after 3am one night during our stay. Could also smell the food from the unit below.

  "Thank you for letting us know about your experience. We're sorry if moths were present during your stay. This is the first time we've had a report like this and can only suggest the reason behind it was a window or door being left open for an extended period. It is common in the summertime for moths to be prevalent in the area and we've been successful with keeping our unit free from them.
  -As for our guests on the lower level, we are sorry to hear they disrupted your stay. Had we known they were making too much noise, we would have reached out to them to address this. Our guest contact makes sure to check in with each guest upon their arrival to ensure they have everything they need but other than some small talk, neither smell nor noise level was reported to them. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to make your stay more comfortable.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests in every way we can."
