Great house
5/5 The house was great for 7 members.It was perfect.There were no other guests in the basement during our stay so we didn't bothered about any noise.We stayed there for 2 nights and we didn't find any issues worth mentioning.If we ever visit Denver,We will choose this house again.

Broken furniture - springs stacked on top of memory foam for beds hahahaha WOW- used soap bar in shower- shower overgrowth of bacterium- broken windows- no hand towels… weird ish. Would NOT respond during holiday weekend. Refund immediately or CC company will win dispute.

No Frills Stay Near Boulder
3/5 This property had lots of beds, seven total in 5 rooms and three and a half baths which was great for our group of 7. There are no flat sheets on any beds and most just have a thin comforter or blanket. There are no extra sheets, blankets or pillows. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were not at all. There are no games, cards or any other “extra” amenities. The house overall was not super clean, it did not look like it had been vacuumed prior to our arrival. The living room couches are very uncomfortable, and there is no where else to hang out. It’s was fine as a place to sleep while attending a wedding in boulder, but very bare minimum.

Needs lots of TLC
3/5 Neighborhood was great - very convenient to get around. Beautiful park for walking. House needs lots of TLC. In addition: 1. Spatula utensil needed in kitchen2. Missing TV remote in one of the upstairs bedrooms 3.Shower curtain in upstairs bathroom dirty on bottom4. Saw 3 - 4 spiders along with a few other bugs inside house5. Cobwebs hanging over small table in kitchen6. Front door lock kept spinning. Had to go out thru garage to make sure front door was locked. 7. No flat sheets on beds. All only had fitted sheet. Master bed fitted sheet did not fit well.
