5/5 Our extended family was at TPC for a wedding and we knew the home was close, but didn't realize how convenient it would be to stay here. We were able to make this our central spot and visited Estes, found a local church (Grace Place) and were able to make meals for our family in the beautiful kitchen. The layout is perfect giving us the room to spread out, but also enjoy family time in the living room when we wanted.

One week stay
4/5 Nice brand-new build townhouse in a cute, very quiet community. If you’re willing to drive a bit, there is a lot of stuff to do, but not much in this little town. We were in Colorado for a softball tournament and we stayed for one week. The property managers were gracious enough to let us check in early and check out a few hours late, which we appreciated. The reason I took off one star is because the beds and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. It was a major complaint of everyone in our party. We did not get very restful sleep on this trip. The white paper blinds do nothing to keep sunlight out of the rooms, which made it very hard to sleep as well.
We did enjoy using the pickleball courts located directly in front of the unit and the small putting green. The unit included the sport equipment to do those activities, as well as some games and card decks. There is a nearby community rec center that has a pool for a small fee. I wish the rental included an outdoor grill! There were a few basic things lacking in the kitchen, such as salt and pepper shakers, dishwasher detergent, enough trash bags, and kitchen towels. Overall, if the owners fix these issues, it’s a nice place.
