Would have been nice to have a fridge!
3/5 The property was very nice, however the refrigerator did not work so contacted the “maintenance” guy and nothing happened. We were unable to prepare meals as no place to store the food safely. Therefore incurred additional expense of eating out or ordering for RCERY MEAL!!!

Big family, no problem
5/5 With four bedrooms and multiple levels, our family was able to have a great time. Old Town Arvada is a really great place to enjoy leisure time. And it was close enough to Denver to enjoy the Horse Expo we came for, taking the train instead of driving thru traffic and dealing with parking.
