• Property not worth the cost

  I was incredibly excited for this trip. The total cost after all the fees came to over $1000 for three nights. In my opinion this is not cheap for a stay, so the expectation is.higher. The unit itself sits on the main intersection for the Pierpont lanes next to a vacant lot. When we pulled in there were a few homeless people sitting against the chain-link fence doing activities! This made me feel a little apprehensive about having to park the car right in front of them. This brings the next topic in the play. Is that having to hunt for parking when you spend this much and sometimes have to walk after a long day of vacation activities a half a mile because there’s nowhere to put the vehicle. It’s very frustrating. The room itself could’ve been better in the sense of investing in better window coverings as the lights from that main intersection and shopping plaza and surrounding areas all light up the room as if it’s daytime all evening making it incredibly hard to sleep. Several times throughout the night I heard the neighbors on the joining wall, sneeze, cough, and even snore. There was no doubt throughout our stay, that they could hear us, and we could hear them. The unit is very old, but has had some minor upgrades, but the overall feeling was that it was not worth the cost I paid to stay there. Lastly, when you’ve spent a weekend relaxing and trying to enjoy your vacation and having to strip all the beds down and pile up all the linens and take all the trash out to the front of the unit and around 50 feet, it just doesn’t make for a fun ending. I think again for the cost you’re better off staying at a hotel.

  Cute place! We made the small space work for us. Felt like home! Close to the beach and the fairgrounds (our destinations)

  Absolutely lovely little place. Quiet and conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the beach. Well equipped kitchen area and the beds were very comfortable. No AC but didn’t need it - the nights are so cool there even in the middle of July that open windows do the trick just fine. Check in instructions were very easy to follow.

• Lovely beach place

  Beautiful little place. Nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms with good storage space. Super conveniently located to beach and local restaurants. Comfortable beds. No AC but we were there in July and temperature was easily managed by opening the windows. Check in communication was super easy.
