• Amazing Weekend Getaway Home!

  We absolutely love Ponde House! We stayed with our daughters, son-in-law @ d grandson I er New Year's. It was a perfect getaway!

  The home is well furnished and cozy. The host has thought of everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. We enjoy sitting on the deck and watching the deer and wild turkeys pass by. The air is so clear up in Tuolome.

  We can't wait to plan our next trip!

• Beautiful house & location

  Our family trip here was enjoyed by all. There were 8 of us total and the house was perfectly sized! Very comfortable and cozy! The amenities were top notch! The wrap around deck was lovely, the views are beautiful! Loved having all the surrounding places to visit. Candace is super responsive & made our trip so comfortable. This beautiful inviting home is not only affordable but the perfect place to get away and relax. We played cards, corn hole and bbq'd every night with ease. Candace even supplied a beautiful welcome basket that was so thoughtful! I highly recommend this home & know we will be back!

• Feels like home

  This is a retreat! Feels like home the minute you arrive- the location is ideal for a quiet, relaxing getaway but, offers many options close by if you are looking for some outdoor fun. The home was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The host was gracious and communicated everything we needed to know beforehand to ensure an easy check in. We’ve stayed multiple times with our grandchildren and each time we’ve created memories to last a lifetime. We look forward to our next visit!!

  This is one of our most FAVORITE places to stay in the area!

  Candace is an AMAZING host! Her place feels like a home away from home! So warm and cozy!

  She has it stocked with everything you need!!

  Whether you need time away from it all or to visit some of the nearby adventures, this is the place! Sometimes you even see deer roaming in the yard.

  It is a must stay! You won't regret it!

• Ponde house

  The ponde house is my family’s favorite little gem to get away from reality for a weekend of relaxation! Our host is fabulous she always leaves behind a little treat for us set on the kitchen table for our stay.

  The home is located in such a beautiful location and is equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. We’ve stayed a dozen of times at the ponde house with adults only and also trips with our children the home is always very clean and comfortable. The host has tons of games and a karaoke machine for family fun! One of our favorite spots in the evening is to hangout on the deck enjoy the view and sometimes deer will even be out in the yard such a beautiful all around place to stay. I highly recommend the ponde house if you’re looking for a get away. There’s tons of things to do in the surrounding areas as well restaurants, casinos with a family floor and Twain Harte and pinecrest just down the rode. I’m telling you, you don’t want to miss out on the ponde house we love it so much it’s one of the few places we keep coming back too !!
