Positives: Pulling up to the house, it was a very nice property. The pool was a great amenity and the kids loved the ground level trampoline. There were lots of blankets and towels provided for snuggling up on the big couch and using at the pool. There is a separate room down the hall away from everything that included a pool table and some bar stools. It was nice to have the kids go play here and not be yelling around the house. Though it would also be a great lounge area for adults too. We brought our RV and they had a good sized paved area to place the RV that is very close to the house. Negatives: The inside is aged quite a bit. The mattresses and pillows are old and uncomfortable. There is obvious wear from the many visitors who stay there. There was a very large load of wet towels in the dryer that were pretty stinky by the time we found them. We ended up having to wash them ourselves as there were no other clean towels available. Make sure to bring your own cooking pans if planning to cook a lot of food. the pans available were very old and not a lot of variety. If there are only a few people staying there, this would be a manageable amount to use. there was 2 large cooking pans and one small cooking pan available. No soup pots available. Other people had left food in the pantry, including a half used bottle of vodka. Also, the grill was very dirty. When asking the property manager about it, he said it was a use and clean on your own as there was no one available to clean for them. The only other item that was frustrating is that the online managing group (evolve) said there were RV hookups. When you get the check in instructions it also says there are hookups and to call the property manager when you arrive to set them up. When I called the property manager, he said this was incorrect information. We had planned our trip according to this being available. It was inconvenient to find out otherwise when we had arrived to the property. A bit on the pricy side for the lack of attention to details. Overall, I would stay here again now knowing what to expect.

Amazing house, kept us comfortable and entertained all weekend long. Pool was lovely, a little cold as we didn't request to heat it, but on a nicer day, it would've been perfect.Host was easy to reach, helpful and understanding. He was able to walk us through things we needed help with or just did it himself remotely. Dirt road is not as bad as most say it is, most of the drive is quite scenic and nice.

Very spacious and clean. The house and yard are beautiful. I would just recommend staying in close contact with Steve, the property manager BEFORE and during your stay. Evolve definitely responds quickly by email but Steve is more hands-on about property details. Big house, lots and lots of details you'll need to know. The bumpy dirt road that others mention is no joke. So be prepared. Grocery store, restaurants are a bit far, maybe 20+min..? Stocked the fridge/freezer first day -- didn't have to leave for food or drinks. I highly recommend you do the same!Would definitely recommend this place bc it's an entertainment paradise. Pool (paid the fee to heat it and worth it), bbq, patio, pool table, in-ground trampoline. So much to keep our big family entertained and happy!!I would happily return -- and hopefully the complex light switches will be repaired. Again, Steve is great -- stay in touch with him.

Loved this property! We had a small group Come to stay to mainly hang by the pool and getaway from winery crowds and this spot was perfect. The swim up bar was a hit. The house was spotless and more spacious then expected. We would definitely book again, great pricing for the area.
Our short vacation here was a nice escape for our family. Although a little more off the beaten path that I had anticipated, once we arrived at the house, it was clean and spacious. The pool and water slide area were the best features of this property as well as the spacious living area. The owner and property manager responded quickly to an issue we had with the refrigerator. The owner remedied the situation in a professional manner with little disruption to our family time.
