The cabin is located behind Whole Foods and other eatery's. There are ski/board rentals down the road and free shuttle to take you to heavenly. Love the location and space. Would return.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the house to be fitting for our group. We enjoyed the hot tub that could seat 6 people. The kitchen was well stocked and had good storage space. The laundry room was convenient for leaving our skis, boards, and boots. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The location of the house was great and we had easy access to the Heavenly shuttles. There's no garage, but there was plenty of parking out front of the house.
Things that could be improved. The windows in the living room were drafty and it was difficult to keep the temperature up since people were coming and going through the front door that opens up directly into the living room. The central heating was not consistent throughout the house. We had to sleep with our bedroom doors open to keep the temperatures reasonable. The common space was a bit small for our group. More seating around the dining table would have helped.
This property was a fun little getaway. Great location with plenty of rooms. We enjoyed being able to walk to most places. The house needs to be cleaned better and the backyard needs to be better maintained to be able to actually enjoy it. The floors were very dirty. We were provided with white towels and a disclaimer that the towels getting dirty are a big reason for loss of security deposit. That being said please get shower floor mats and clean the floors. The online check-in/check-out is different than what is inside the house making it confusing. When trying to contact Evolve (PM) we were unable to get ahold of anyone for clarification. We weren't too worried about it but it was concerning they were not available if really needed. We certainly left it better than we found it as you should. I don't say this as a complaint just feedback. The property is nice and a great place to stay, I would stay again. However, the owner needs to know these things and make sure the property manager they are paying is doing their job and on the same understanding of expectations. Thank you!
