- While this property offers a dock, boats can't be launched from here and must be launched from public launches
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located by the front door facing the entry stairs, and camera 2 is located on the lower deck facing the lake. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Swimming in the on-site lake is not permitted when blue-green algae is present. While the algae in Clear Lake are part of the natural food chain and keep the lake healthy, it is not safe for humans or pets to swim in. Kayaking is permitted without touching the water. Please be aware of the lake's conditions prior to arrival
- The area where the home is located is a nature preserve replete with otters, blue herons, bats, quail, jumping bass, bald eagles, ducks, geese, deer, turkeys, and more

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Upon entry, turn right to the laundry room. The door code is 0550. The lakeside door uses the same code as well
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take the trash to the bins labeled 5740 on Sunrise Drive. The property's trash bins are at the top of the driveway where you first entered
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Return the covers and cushions for the outdoor sectionals to the bins
- Return the canoe, kayaks and/or paddleboards where originally found upon arrival
- Please turn the thermostat to 65 in winter and 80 in summer
- Turn off all indoor and outdoor lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

- If you are unable to keep your pets off of furniture and bedding, please bring clean sheets or blankets from home to put over the beds and furniture
- While this property offers a dock, boats can't be launched from here and must be launched from public launches
- The canoe, kayaks and/or paddleboards are available for guest use year-round
- The covers and cushions for the outdoor sectionals are stored in the bins; please do your best to keep them covered and return the cushions to the bins after each use
- Please note that Clear Lake is a very large, old, shallow, and natural lake with an algae cycle that varies throughout the summer. Clear Lake has algae blooming yearly during the hot summer months, and this is to be expected. You can search the Internet for exact details about the lake's algae bloom. Even if you do not feel comfortable swimming during blooms, you can still enjoy the water on our canoe, kayaks, or paddle boards. You can also fish from the dock. If you bring a boat, you can moor it on the dock and there's a public launch located nearby at Thompson Harbor at Redbud Park (details will also be sent prior to arrival)
- The area where the home is located is a nature preserve replete with otters, blue herons, bats, quail, jumping bass, bald eagles, ducks, geese, deer, turkeys, and more. If you are not comfortable around nature, this property may not be a great fit. Because of all of the nature, it is very difficult to maintain a pristine property. We do our best and constantly clean, paint, and so forth, but you may see bird droppings, spider webs, etc.
