  • Nice property in a good location

    4/5

The house worked well for the trip my husband and I and our son and his fiancé recently took. The house was as it appeared in the photos and was in a nice and quiet neighborhood.I just wanted to note a couple items. Some of these were mentioned in other comments, but I just wanted to elaborate and/or bring attention back to them.Parking: the streets get packed at night so plan to park in the driveway, for sure if you will be getting to the house in the evening or at night. We were driving a standard SUV, and it was sufficient, but it was a tight squeeze to get in and out of the driveway when cars are lined up right to the curb of the driveway each day. Is doable, but just wanted to point out.Washer/Dryer: The washer/dryer is a combo unit and is very small. It took over 4 hours for each load that we washed/dried. We were appreciative of there being this option, but a full sized washer and dryer or even a stackable unit that held more clothes would have definitely help. We understood that there is probably space issues though.Lastly, the beds were not the most comfortable, but again worked and we were glad of that. The bed in the front bedroom had been broken at one time and fixed, but when it was fixed the rail was connected lower than the original location and therefore, resulted in not really being able to sit on that end of the bed. And then both beds in the bedrooms have memory foam type mattresses that sink a lot in the middle. With all that being said, we had a very nice stay. The house was clean and we felt safe.Check-in and out was super easyThank you!

We had a great experience with this property. It was clean, spacious, and was in an awesome location. The management team was wonderful too. They were good communicators and were very helpful. We highly recommend this home! Thanks for an amazing stay.

Property was clean and simple. In comparison with other VRBO property experiences, however, the basic supplies were lacking. If we had wanted to prepare meals in the house, cookware and tools were at a minimum, making meal prep challenging. I understand that rental property owners may not want to invest in high-quality implements but the flatware, for example, was super cheap quality. Also, though each bedroom had ample closet with hangers, there was no place to put suitcases or folded clothing. Each bedroom had just a bed, small nightstands, and a lamp. That's it. No chair, dresser, shelves or even luggage rack. Some other piece would have been helpful.

    Manager's Response:

From the owners: "We appreciate your feedback. We recently added to the TV an Amazon Fire Stick with a YouTube TV subscription."

  • Clean and spacious.

    4/5

Clean and spacious, if this house has king size bed, it would be better.
