- This 2-story cabin requires 2 exterior staircases to enter
- While the cabin is sprayed monthly for bugs and insects, it is common in the mountains to find them lingering inside. You may see a few spiders in the winter and ants in the spring months, along with others. Though the owners do their very best to keep them at a minimum
-  AWD/4WD or 2WD with chains are recommended when there's snow
- During the winter months, the top driveway located off of Mariposa Rd will be plowed. However, snow may need to be shoveled from the driveway to the front door
- This area is subject to short, forced power outages as wildfire prevention in dry and windy conditions. While rare, they are unavoidable. The owners will always communicate as soon as they know if there is a risk for an outage and provide resolution options. The home is equipped with extra flashlights just in case; however, there is no generator
- Firewood is not provided for the wood-burning stove
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the outside of the house facing the parking spaces, and attached to the outdoor lights facing the stairs. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion



PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 26370 Siskiyou Dr, Cold Springs, CA 95335
- While the property is accessible via Siskiyou Dr, there is another driveway on Mariposa Rd with better access, especially during winter months
- To access this driveway, turn right off of CA-108 onto Lassen Dr
- Turn left onto Mono Rd, then turn right back onto Lassen Dr
- Follow Lassen Dr until you reach a dead end, then turn left onto Utah Dr, which becomes Mariposa Rd
- The road will go downhill and start back up. Instead of turning right onto Siskiyou Dr, continue on Mariposa Rd
- At the intersection of Mariposa Rd and Butte Ct, the cabin driveway will be on your right

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1012
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off the heating/air conditioning
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the outside of the house facing the parking spaces, and attached to the outdoor lights facing the stairs. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

PARKING:
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- Instructions: upon arrival, there are 2 areas to park. One off of Siskiyou Road to the side of the cabin, down below where you will have to climb the deck stairs up to the cabin. The second is off of Mariposa Road directly in front of the cabin with deck stairs going down to the front door
