4/5 Very spacious 2 bedroom unit. My daughter and I stayed and each had our own private bedroom, each with a king bed. The only thing that could be an issue with this unit, is that one bedroom has a walk in shower and the other a large soaking tub. It was not a problem for us, but could be if two couples were staying and all four people needed to take a shower. The pool area was small, but also very private and quiet. I would definitely recommend this property and stay there again. The property owner lived on site and was very friendly and answered any questions we had. We stayed in unit #5.

Spacious accommodations in a great location
4/5 We rented out this property through the Evolve group. The place was as advertised, with two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living space area. There are free laundry facilities, as well as a shared pool area on-site with a full functioning BBQ grill. The AC and heating worked very well. The TVs and cable service were a bit lacking, but we weren't there to spend our time doing these activities. Wi-Fi was generally very decent, and shared by the whole complex.The location was also great, right near the border between Cathedral City and Palm Springs with a very short 5 minute walk to a Target and Trader Joe's location. The manager, Will was very responsive to our requests.Overall, I give this place my recommendation.

nice BUT needs improvements
4/5 needed dusting - empty for a long time, needed more kitchen towels, hot tub needed thorough cleaning, salt & pepper containers over 3 yrs old, kitchen chairs need to be replaced, kitchen utensil (tongs) were missing, TV in master not working.

Great condo close to everything
5/5 We loved the spacious condo. Walking distance to target, several restaurants and Trader Joe’s. Nice , very comfortable beds. Big bathrooms with soaking tub and shower. Kitchen was nicely equipped if you choose to cook at home. The bottle of Prosecco waiting for us upon arrival was a beautiful gesture.
