I loved my stay! The condo is comfortable and well appointed. Everything was clean, and ready for me, so I was able to move in and make myself right at home from the moment I arrived. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable, so I slept well every night. The morning sun streaming in the living area was a real treat, and that Mountain View with my morning coffee was more than amazing. I had the opportunity to say hi to some of the neighbors, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. If I’m back in the neighborhood, I’ll do my best to stay here again!
Everything we needed in a well appointed, comfortable one bedroom condo. Great setting, near restaurants and shopping and could walk to Sabino Canyon trails. Unusually cool weather curtailed use of pool but did get in a couple hot tub visits. Best was the quiet, back of development site with wonderful 279 view of Catalina Mountains and Thimble Peak.

Overall we really enjoyed the 2 nights. It's a very quiet community and all the neighbors we had contact w/ were very friendly. Love the little walking trail next to the condo on property. It's conveniently located my plenty of nice restaurants and the local Basha's. Place was clean and cozy. The things that would have made it better was if there was maybe even some bottled water, coffee or tea avaible if wanted, or some few snack foods to add a more personal touch. Dish soap and hand soap EVERYTHING else like shampoo, soap, etc. There is nothing like that available. We also could have used a few extra pillows too. The bed was however super comfy. If you are interested in a hot tub, there is one right across the street from the condo in addition to the one down a ways by the pool. It was very relaxing to sit out in the evenings on the patio. It's also very close drive over to the Catalina Hwy to get up to Mt. Lemmon too, which was nice. Directions to condo and to get in were very easy to understand too.

Hi Christina, the homeowner wanted to share the following: "Thanks for giving us feedback about the condo. There is filtered water on the refrigerator door, coffee in the cabinet, and there is always dish soap, etc provided at the property. In addition, there is shampoo under the bathroom sink. There are always extra pillows in the bedroom closet as well. I am wondering why you didn't find coffee, detergent, etc. Please stay again and let us know immediately if something is missing. Thank you."
We absolutely loved this condo. It was clean, quiet and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again.
From the owners: "We're so glad that you enjoyed your time in beautiful Tucson!"
Property is very good, but the property manager did not respond to phone calls, texts or emails when we had a problem. After a series of phone calls with VRBO and Evolve the problem was rectified but totally without the help of the property manager. After the first day spent solving the problem, the stay was very good.
