3/5 First thing I saw opening the door (from a dark entryway) was a kitchen wastebasket with a broken lid.
The house smelled awful. We had to air it out all night.
The living area was messy. A jangled mess of cheap audio/video equipment next to the fireplace with grill haphazardly placed. A fake plant next to it and a double bed next to that- in the living room!!
No landscaping and a garden hose tossed out in the side yard in random coils. Outside not secluded at all - noisy neighbors with big outdoor jacuzzi in plain view 20 feet from property!
Felt like a crash pad for a bunch of college students. For the money, not what I expected or what the photo's represented!
This property has excellent bones and even tho the kitchen is dated, it is a quite cozy place to be.
With a little love, even less $, and help from a VRBO coach, this property could make an 80% better first impression.
