Peaceful location in a rustic setting. The owner Lyndsey is so friendly and helpful. Large enough location for a family . Highly recommend

This little house had a great layout, with no wasted space, all of the amenities we needed, a safe gated yard, and wonderfully comfortable beds and linens.

Kids LOVED the location. Parents LOVED the visit even more.

Staying at Groom Creek was just what our family needed to unwind from the daily city hustle. Atmosphere here makes it super easy to unplug. Plenty of board games and active sports games (eg air hockey) as well. Our 2 year old loved running around the fenced in yard playing with his brothers. Screened in porches provide cool fresh air with comfortable furniture to enjoy it. We also saw deer during our stay. I highly recommend this cabin for your next vacation spot.

Perfect place for my wife and I with our 3 small boys (2,4,6 years old). So much for us to enjoy as a family, including a game room and air hockey table plus tire swing and play “airplane” in the front yard. Trails right out the back yard gate allowed us to take some evening strolls, and one night we saw a whole herd of deer grazing nearby. It also served as a great “launching pad” for the amazing hiking trails and endless activities in Prescott and Prescott Valley. Last but not least, Lyndsey was a responsive and welcoming host. Highly recommend and we hope to be back soon!
