I can only Speak for this property
2/5 Maintenance arrived day 2 of a 7 day stay to adjust an exterior camera we obstructed for privacy, unannounced and entered the property without knocking, because they though everyone was gone; after I communicated with my host that I would resolve it when I returned. There was no filtered water available, only 2 towels, no liners in any of the trash cans or on the property (but your expected to take out all the trash), only 2- 1/2 rolls of toilet paper and <1/2 roll of paper towels. Their was an ant problem in the kitchen.
The support center was empathetic to my concerns and not wanting to risk our privacy any further, we dealt with the issues and funded the deficiencies ourself.
I’m reluctant to use this Evolve in the future but because of the kind woman I spoke to on the support hotline, I may consider it, but will not chose this property again.

From the owners: "Christina, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. However, as you mentioned, you obstructed the outside security cameras, which is a policy violation. The security camera is located outside the property and is there to look out for the owner's interest, as well as the guests. There was also a 5th wheeler parked on the grounds, which is not allowed. Even under these unusual circumstances, we still tried to accommodate you as best as possible. I have checked with my clearing crew and was told there were extra sets of towels in the bedrooms and garbage bags under the sink. Wish you the best on your next vacation destination!"
Great little place
5/5 Its was a perfect little spot for a quick trip. Loved the view of the mountainside. Would definitely stay again. And maybe next time there will be a grill.

Worth the price we paid
4/5 Property was good. Neighborhood was ok, but the neighbors party on Saturday night until late Unit could have been cleaned better (hair in both showers, food left in fridge, dishes left out, dirty glasses in cupboard). Missing amenities like soap, shampoo, tissues. Nice that each room had a TV and wall unit for ventilation. It was acceptable for the price we paid.

5/5 We were very pleased with our accommodations.It is spacious, comfortable furniture and beds, very clean and convenient to anything one could want. Our host, Ian, was easily contacted for an “earlier than expected arrival”. Arizona neighborhoods can be deceiving but overall we would book this property again.
