  For us, the location was perfect. The cleaning crew could definitely be a little more diligent and the kitchen could use a few more items. (Working can opener, strainer, dinner knives) Overall, it’s a great little house. Communication was excellent with the owner/property manager.

  I can't say enough good things about Jesse, our contact while we were visiting Peoria. Jesse was very responsive to our needs, which is very important if there are any issues. The pool was fantastic and he took care of a few small issues that we had, very promptly.

• Perfect for Peoria Baseball / Cardinal Football

  Great location to get to Peoria Sports Complex, Surprise Stadiums, or the AZ Cardinals football stadium. This house was great for my family and I. Clean, close to malls and restaurants , cold pool on hot days, and safe neighborhood.

  I look forward to staying here again when we visit next.

  My friend and I stayed at this property for a little less than a week. We found the property was absolutely perfect. It was better in person than in the lifsting. The house was clean, and had everything needed. The listing indicates the pool was not heated, and even though the outside temp was high 80 & low 90 we couldn’t swim - the water was too cold. Still enjoyed the back yard. I think investing in heating the pool would be great. The location was perfect for the concert we attended at State Farm Stadium and there was shopping and many restaurants nearby. I will definitely be reserving this property when I need to be in the Phoenix area again.

• Peoria trip

  We visited the Phoenix area for a concert which was being held at The State Farm Stadium in Glendale in early May 2023. We chose this property because of its proximity to the venue. The photos were well done and we read the few reviews and the price was reasonable compared to the cost of a hotel in the area. Also, there was a secured garage and a pool. Upon arrival, which was late at night, we were pleased the neighborhood did not appear to be sketchy. We parked in the carport and the check in process was simple- exactly as the directions indicated. Once we went inside & did a brief walk through, we found the entire house and the back yard were very nicely appointed. We then opened the garage ( the garage opener was a bonus) and parked our regular sized suv in the garage. We offloaded and selected our bedrooms. Our entire stay was quite perfect. I give the experience 5 stars+, and if there’s a negative at all it is the fact that the pool is not heated. Even though our trip was during the first week of May, the outside temp did not warm the pool enough to use it. That would have been the cherry on top. I’m hoping to return to the area and rent this home again late summer and by then we should be able to use the pool. I do suggest investing in heating the pool because families will totally enjoy it even when the temperature is not over 100 degrees. We will return.
