Place was clean however the water heater kept going out and we wouldn’t have hot water for showers .

Nice and quiet
4/5 The cabin was cute, been renting here at bison for over 7yrs, but I've never had such a bad communication experience. I've actually rented this exact cabin last year but I think it's under new management. I emailed team Evolve prior to my trip to see if I can extend my stay, after 3 days of no response I called & they said they got my message so I'm not sure why no one responded to me,thus was May 18th & my trip was May 20th. So that was done & paid the extra fee for the extra night & was told to contact my host for anything else. So I called the host,texted & emailed her ,Brittani on May 18th to see if I can check in early or late check out, if the cabin is available & I would pay the fee like I've done in the past. No answer at all from her, until the day of the trip we had to call to get the code for the cabin right before 3pm, and she actually answered & said usually they only send the code at 3pm, but she was nice to give it to us a few minutes early. Then Sunday May 22nd she texted us to see if we checked out because cleaning crew is coming to clean, I'm like you kidding?? You don't check your schedule to see that I'm here until the next day? So yes the communication is been terrible, but the cabin is clean, wish it had good TV, besides DVD. But it was ok. Thank you

Beautiful & Clean
4/5 Very clear & feeling at home. Neighborhood was great. Only thing was not enough towels or toilet paper for a long weekend. We had to buy more at the store

Great rental in Heber Az
4/5 Nicely decorated modern cabin home. Love that it has AC as it was very hot in Heber that week. It is well stocked and much more. Just hope there is a trash service close by. Britt response right away. Will come back again!!!
