  • Comfortable home!

It was a comfortable home for my little family. My kids enjoyed the pool and also the hot cheetos ☺ We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

  • Lovely Home

We weren't sure what to expect since this was the first time renting a house for our vacation. We chose Lake Havasu for the outside recreation and the sunny weather. We were very happy with this home. Had plenty of room for our family of five, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, home was very clean and comfy. Plenty of outside seating and loved having the grill. Pool was not heated however our kids did not seem to mind. Was a short drive to enjoy all Lake Havasu has to offer. We will definitely stay here again and hope to very soon! Oregon gets a but dreary in the fall and winter months.

  • Awesome location and yard

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and modern and we had lots of space for our family of 4 to spread out. The kids loved the pool (despite it being chilly in March) and thought the astro turf backyard was AWESOME. We also saw several bunnies while enjoying the backyard. The kitchen had everything we needed and I appreciated that there were already condiments in the fridge and staples and spices in the pantry. I hate having to go my all that stuff only to have to toss it at the end of the trip. The house was in a great location. Only 3.5 miles from the elderly relative we were in town to see and less than a mile from a local gym and grocery store. I was able to buy a weekly pass to that gym (Titan Fitness) for only $30 and jogged the 0.87 miles there each morning while the family slept to work out and then walk home. Great way to start the day.We did minimal sightseeing while in Havasu due to our primary focus being to help our relative, but since it was spring break, we did take time to explore the London Bridge & channel. No major debauchery seen from the college spring breakers (we have 2 kids) but it helped that our exploring was all around mid-day.We ate at home, mostly, but the poke place by Basha’s (grocery store) was good and they even gave my daughter a free Dole Whip when they learned it was her birthday! This was our first time in Havasu and we honestly liked it better than expected. Everyone was very friendly and I felt completely safe walking to the gym before sunrise. The city was also very clean and easy to navigate. We arrived at the house one day late due a flight cancellation and the host responded quickly when I reached out. Loved that they included pre-stamped postcards; we sent 2! My only recommendations would be a better mattress for the main bedroom (neither my husband nor I slept well and he ended up moving to extra bed in one of the kid’s rooms). Also, the living room clock was crazy loud (ticking). One night I was going to try sleeping on the couch but the clock quickly drove me away.Otherwise, everything was awesome; comfortable, quiet, and peaceful. We’d definitely stay again!
