Comfortable, Quiet and Convenient
5/5 The reason for our trip was a family member appointment at Mayo Clinic. The home was an easy ten-minute drive from Mayo Clinic. The home was clean, updated and well cared for. The back yard was a beautiful mix of mountain views, flowering trees and charming desert birds and rabbits.

Comfortable and clean with a great location!
5/5 We had a lovely three night stay in this adorable duplex. Cleanliness is important to me and this place checked all those boxes. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is large. The location was perfect! An easy walk to downtown Fountain Hills. We walked from the property around the fountain and back for a total of 2.5 miles. We would definitely book this property again!
