Great condo in Fountain Hills!
5/5 Excellent location with a beautiful pool area, BBQ and gym that the kids enjoyed. Upper level unit which was very clean, spacious with 2 large bedrooms and each having a bathroom. Nice patio but was too cold to enjoy at the time of stay! Very well equipped kitchen (and a rolling cooler for the pool!). We really enjoyed this place and would stay here again. Easy check in and check out.

Great clean apartment centrally located
4/5 The property was great and exactly as advertised. There is a full set of steep stairs to enter apartment. And for those of us not use to air conditioning, the master bedroom was really noisy. We were there when it was 107 degrees every day. Beds were comfortable but we had to remove the memory foam on the guest bedroom bed.

-Mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past, however, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that these Sealy Posturepedic mattresses did not suit your personal preference. While all our mattresses are new they may not be a perfect fit for every preference, however, they are amongst the highest-rated in the market
-We are sorry if you were caught off guard by the stairs, we use professional photography for the home, and our listing was exactly as shown in the pictures you relied upon for your booking
-We detail all of the available amenities and features of the property in the listing. We do list the central air conditioner as an amenity, we had unusually warm weather at a certain time of the year and were able to keep the condo cooled to our guest's liking

5/5 Being right across from a grocery store was handy. The downtown area was in walking distance.
I enjoyed the fitness center and pool area. The condo was neat, and stocked with many basics.
Great location for hiking & escaping Midwest winter
5/5 Nancy, property owner, was our primary contact because we were her "first" renters. Nancy was very easy to work with and very helpful. We loved the Fountain Hills location with an easy/walk drive across from the Safeway. Beautiful views of mountains and short walk to a lovely pool and work out facility. We'll stay again!
