Perfect Location
5/5 This 3 bedroom townhome was perfect for my husband and myself and our family visiting from Ohio. From booking to arranging everything our contact Melissa at Evolve was prompt in getting back to us and answering any questions.The location is outstanding as it is on the 18th hole of the golf course and we could walk the golf course path early in the am as well as walk to the restaurant, fitness center and pool. The 3 bedrooms with king beds were comfortable and worked well for 2 couples and a 13 year old teen girl!The house was clean and had everything that we needed! Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely perfect!
5/5 Our family from Ohio came to visit and we rented this townhouse the second week of June. Booking was smooth and then we were contacted by Evolve, the Management Company and given a contact person and number. Melissa, our contact person was awesome and very prompt and helpful prior to our stay. The owner was also very helpful in arranging the transfer of membership for the week so we could use all the amenities. We actually had no issues during our stay there.
The 3 bedrooms were perfect for the family and for us and the location of the townhouse was perfect as it was on the 18th hole of Continental Golf Course and we were able to walk part of the golf course paths early in the morning and also could walk to the pool, restaurant and fitness center. This was a great experience!
