Clarkdale Surprise
5/5 The stay was great! Jenise was really helpful and welcoming. Everything in the house is well taken care of and very comfortable, especially the beds and couches. The rooms are quite large. The instructions were well-thought out. There were lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans and there was nothing we needed that we couldn't find in the kitchen cabinets or pantry. We were very pleasantly surprised by how much Clarkdale, Cottonwood and Jerome had to offer in terms of good food, shopping, and pleasant strolling. Actually, better than Sedona and no crowds of tourists. We just went into Sedona for hikes and finer dining. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks again!

Clarkdale - Cottonwood

Beautiful property and extremely comfortable!
5/5 I’m so glad we chose to rent this dog friendly property for our stay. We were able to explore numerous hiking trails, state parks and national parks from this comfy home. This area is great for outdoor enthusiasts. Jerome, Cottonwood, Sedona are all nearby and we explored those too. Plenty of restaurant options within a short drive but we used the kitchen more than we planned since every staple item or cooking utensil that we might need was there and the home was just so relaxing and comfortable. This home is the gem of the quiet neighborhood it is in. The walls are thick and we rarely heard noise from traffic or other properties. The owner has gone to extra lengths to make you and your pet’s stay comfortable. You will feel like you are at a friends house instead of a rental. The space both inside and out is very welcoming. The fenced yard was ideal for our two corgis who could enjoy time both inside and outside. Although we didn’t use the casita, fire pit or grill, they would have been wonderful if we had been traveling with a bigger group. As it was it was the perfect place to get the rest we needed and go out to explore when the time felt right. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!
5/5 I chose this property in Clakdake because it fit all of our needs. It perfectly fit our party of 6, was close proximity to all of the places we wanted to visit…Prescott, Sedona, Cottonwood & Jerome. We would have driven to flagstaff too if we had stayed longer. The house and property were just perfect. Hands down, the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were beyond comfortable. The first thing out of everyone’s mouth that first morning was…‘the bed is SO COMFORTABLE!’ The bath towels were very plush and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, but the restaurants in the towns listed above did not disappoint if you don’t feel like cooking. Be sure to give yourself time to sit and enjoy the outdoor spaces on the property. Watch & listen to the many birds during the day from the front patio and marvel at the starry night sky from the rooftop deck. Jenise, the property owner, was so kind and extremely helpful. Her level of communication was top notch. She provided clear information about the property & surrounding areas and answered all of my questions with great detail. I would absolutely stay at this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Cottonwood/Clarkdale area.
