Perfect House for our needs.
5/5 We were two teams from San Diego there for a fishing tournament at Lake Mohave. The home was perfect for our needs with ample parking for our boats and a great place to come back to after 4 days on Lake Mohave. We would definitely enjoy renting this home again

Very Dirty. Broken or not working items throughout.
2/5 House very dirty. Trash/debris swept under rugs, sheets not changed in rooms, hair and other disgusting items found in bathrooms. Main dining light/fan broken, main backyard door broken, trash full when we arrived and not put out. No internet, no TV (does have DVD), No smoking yet cleaners smoked in house and backyard leaving cig buts around. No pets yet living room has a dog bed with toys. Couches not cleaned and hair/food found under cushions. Fridge disgusting, does not work well, and had to be cleaned by us. Ants infested the kitchen and our food. Did not feel comfortable here even once. Pros... it is a place to sleep and is close to the lake. Also gas station with ice close to house. Honest opinion based on true results. Have no issue with owner or cleaners, just a true result of what we experienced and how the house was turned over to us and our first impression.

5/5 We love this house. Second time this summer and so much better than busy hotels. Love the decor and a/c is nice and cold. Three king beds and a huge master suite. Thanks as always for the great stay
