I went to my Niece's destination wedding in Hot Springs and brought my boat to fish Lake Quachita. The property was conveniently located between the wedding and lake. And, what and amazing place. Located on top of a hill with a spectacular view of the valley below. Very Clean and very spacious. And, only 5 minutes from the boat ramp.

I went to Hot Springs to attend my Niece's wedding and wanted to bring my boat to fish Lake Quachita. I selected this lake because it was central to the wedding and lake, and has parking to accommodate a trailer. But I got much more than I bargained for. The house is spacious, clean and located in a beautiful location.
The Saturday was terrible weather with heavy fog all day with two different lines of thunderstorms so it was stay inside day. Visibility was limited which was NOT a problem but lack of living room seating was. One couch held three, one broken recliner was grouped together, a church pew against a wall. No rockers or extra chair as pictured. We had 6 adults with 3 men over 6 ft. Please consider adding more comfortable seating to the group in the living room. Also, add booklet with TV information. Found it to be difficult to navigate. The contact person was awesome! I text her on a couple occasions for information I couldn’t locate. Left personal belongings and contacted her and she agreed to ship to me!Other than that, our family (2 brothers and their wives and my husband) had a wonderful get together and the view is awesome.Thank you for allowing our family to get together!Kathy

First time to Hot Springs. Wasn’t sure where to stay in reference to all the activities we had planned but location of house was not too far away from everything. Enjoyed being secluded and the views were amazing from the back deck. So peaceful and saw deer every morning on our walk down the long driveway.
