Convenient experience, inconvenient start
4/5 Everything was very nice about the house itself. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. The location is great as it never took longer than 15 minutes to get to any of the places we wanted to go. The only hang-up was the check-in process. Due to some kind of mix-up, the code for the door was not what it was supposed to be. While the contact person eventually got back to me, they did not answer when initially called or messaged to help resolve the issue. Ultimately a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme, but an inconvenience nonetheless .
