We loved this spacious, glorious house for my husband and I. We had our two grandkids stay with us 1 night. My son and his family live 5 minutes away and we were all able to enjoy visiting and eating together often while we stayed here in Bentonville.

Our stay got off on the wrong foot. The information for the door code/access did not come through. When we reached out to the management company, Evolve, they promptly emailed the info, along with the contact information for the property owner. The code did not open the front door. We arrived around 11pm after a looooong drive. After several failed attempts to unlock the front door we tried to contact the property owner. The number listed went directly to voicemail. After about an hour of lurking around this twin home in the cold dark I discovered a back door inside the fenced in patio. The code worked. The home (duplex actually) is nicely remodeled. This was the property owners first time w/ a VRBO rental and we worked through the issues. The home owner had a dog, and when you enter the garage you will notice that a smoker has lived here. There was a pack of smokes left on the dryer, the dog kennel was left under the kitchen breakfast counter. Not a huge deal but if you have pet allergies or smoke issues you might want to know. I am sure the property owner will work out the issues and this will be a top notch rental property, whe was very responsive and apologetic once we got in touch. One last note, I don't think the neighbor across the street is keen on having a VRBO neighbor!

Hi Kevin, Thanks for your feedback. You were the first guests to stay at this home, and we appreciate you letting us know how we can improve:
- We apologize that your stay got off to a rocky start. New internet caused a glitch with the smart lock, and the owner has updated the access code for future travelers
- This property is pet-friendly, and the owner provides the kennel along with other supplies and treats for their four-legged guests
- Smoking is not allowed at this home, and the garage has been freshly painted and deep-cleaned since your visit
- The neighbor was just concerned since you were moving around the property late at night
The owner went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience at your check-in, and we're confident that they'll continue to provide 5-star hospitality!
