Absolutely PERFECT house!
5/5 Everything would have gotten 5+ stars on all things because the home is so clean, very spacious, it was so comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed! I would stay here over and over because it's so charming and it was just a wonderful short vacation. We didn't ever get a door code and had to get in touch with host's company to end up with the garage code but that's honestly no big deal looking back but after a long drive with dogs and kids, I was just super tired to have to deal with that but it was solved so quickly and they apologized profusely!! Again, this is a PERFECT and wonderful property, honestly, one of the best I've ever stayed in. When 2 teenagers flip out over a house that's half the size they live in, you know it's impressive, and it IS!!!!

The house and the setting are worth the trip alone.
4/5 Then you add the extras of the area and I would highly recommend renting this house. Close the all the things we wanted to see and to have a house to return to that offered
us a relaxing, comfortable place to stay was fabulous.
Definitely would rent again when we return to this area.
PERFECT
5/5 We had such a perfect vacation and our stay in this home had so much to do with it, honestly! It was so clean and had everything we needed. I ended up having a stupid MS accident on the stairs and ended up with a broken foot. The BATHTUB WAS AMAZING! I don't usually like baths unless I can was off first and this tub had a shower head to really get clean when I had to take a bath. This home is so beautiful, the kitchen wasn't the new tiny little corner kitchen, it was laid out beautifully with a gorgeous island. Our 2 teenagers were in love and for them to say that, you know it's beautiful. It truly is, the finishes, the cupboards, pantry, just everything worked wonderfully and the large backyard was perfect for the dogs to run around in, pre-foot injury. I can't say enough about this particular property, it had personality and was so clean which really is important when you're immunocompromised. I hope this property is available everytime we head to NW AR. Oh, and the closets...PERFECT!!!
Clean and Spacious, block and a half from MTB trails
5/5 Very clean, everything was as advertised. 15 minutes from downtown Bentonville. Extremely quiet street, made for great sleeping and relaxing. Any neighbor we saw was very nice. Wish the kitchen had some more utensils, and I am not a fan of cameras on the outside of the house, but maybe thats just me. All in all, terrific house.
Fun Stay
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. We were nervous at first because when we reached out to our contact person Kristi she was not aware of our reservation. Kristi was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. The house is very cute and we would stay again.
