Great house!
5/5 Absolutely loved this property. Myself and 3 girlfriends stayed here for a golfing trip. Loved that we all had our own bedroom. House is fully stocked with anything you might need. Very close to grocery stores (even a large Walmart) and some really good restaurants. We didn’t bring any pets, but the owner allows them and house was even stocked for the pooch (water bowls, etc) and a fenced in back yard. Will definitely stay here again should we come back to Bella Vista.

5/5 We’ve stayed at this property twice now and have booked a third trip so I think it’s safe to say we like it:) The home is new, clean and in a nice wooded neighborhood. It’s close to our favorite biking and hiking locations so it’s a winner for us. As a bonus the owners are very responsive and accommodating

Gorgeous property with Back 40 access!
5/5 This Bella Vista home is outstanding in every way! It was large, and extremely comfortable. The interiors are so gorgeous, and the kitchen was perfect for enjoying meals. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Management was super profession and always available for questions. The largest bedroom has a fabulous, attached bathroom with a spa tub for soaking and a large shower with river stone finishes. We were surprised by the nice third garage bay with a nice workbench, tools, and ample bike parking. We weren't riding this time, but it's a perfect base for the riding crowd.We absolutely recommend the place without any caveats. GO and enjoy!

Beautiful Brand New Home
5/5 We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of off-street parking. We loved the ability to park our toys (two SideXSides) in the garage. The house itself is brand new, and everything inside is clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for our extended family.

Absolutely Wonderful!
5/5 We stayed there for almost a week and loved every minute of it. Our kids got into biking as a result of this trip. The Back 40 is right down the street and from there you can go just about anywhere! The house is beautiful and has a great view of the trails. The house and kitchen have everything we needed and even the garage was perfectly appointed for the bikes and maintenance. Thank you!!!!
