Nice location but needs attention and cleaning
3/5 We liked having a place near the beach with some privacy. The house is very cozy, but plenty of room for a family of four. There was nothing terribly wrong, but several things need improvement to make this a 5-star location. The shower has moldy caulk inside, and the outside caulk has been partially removed. The shower door leaks and makes a mess to clean up. The carpets are worn and tattered, and some of the newer vinyl flooring has gaps and bends. The lighting is very confusing, and we never figured out where to turn on and off some of the fixtures. The front sliding door handle was loose, and we were afraid it might fall off with too much use. Also, it could really use a thorough cleaning, several places had caked on dust and dirt, looking like it had not been touched for a long time. There were other little things that just show the lack of attention to detail. All in all it is an okay place but it could be so much better.

5/5 We absolutely loved this place!! It was decorated nicely comfortable to hang out. Like everyone else has said the patio is amazing the perfect hangout after a long day at the beach!! The kids loved riding the bikes around and it is super close to the beach but you still feel secluded in the woods. If you are tall be forewarned the ceilings are very short and you will undoubtedly be hit in the head by a fan at some point or 5 lol. My husband is 6’4 also the yard isn’t super manicured but it gives it a more country feel. Highly recommend this property so glad I chose it!! Thank you!!

Much Needed Beach Time
5/5 Beautiful beach house! The inside is decorated so nice, and after being there for a day we came to appreciate the patio beneath the house. My problem was that I was searching for emails from VRBO instead of Evolve and that caused a delay in check-in. The error was totally my mistake!
