4/5 We had some difficulties, but the host was very responsive. We are certain that they will be addressing these issues as it seemed to be a new rental. No manual in the house with Wifi password or with instructions for the fireplaces. Downstairs shower curtain will not stay up. We think that they need nightlights on stairwell...difficult to navigate when it is darker. Floor fan in upstairs bedroom is broken. Need more body wash for guests who stay multiple nights. One of the smoke detectors started to beep so the host responded quickly and we were told to disable it. Overall great time!!
