This property has potential to be a fabulous rental property but could use some updating and clean up. Accessing the house via the key pad was easy but upon entering we noticed that inside smelled musty and like it had not been cleaned. We thought maybe after opening windows it would air out. That wasn't the case. Every time we shut the house up and would come back the smell was there. The house was fairly clean except for the bathroom and kitchen dishes. The toilet was visibly dirty along with the floor around it. Prior to using any dishes we had to hand wash them. The kitchen is well stocked but with worn down items that need replacing. There is a Smart TV but as far as we could figure NO cable/satellite or regular channels to watch, just a Roku device. In order to watch anything you had to login to your own personal streaming service. We were able to get Netflix to work but streaming was unreliable and frustrating. There is a page in the Welcome Book talking about the internet speed/bandwidth. This would be great information to put in your listing so people are aware that internet is NOT high speed. Overall our stay was just ok but we left a day early due to the smell.

We loved this place. Very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous location...even had a beautiful little deer sleeping in the backyard. Would highly recommend.

Probably the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation rental. Pretty impressive. Pillows are not very supportive, so if you prefer those you'll want to bring your own. TV and WiFi are satellite. For general stuff WiFi was decent, but if you want to do any streaming, it can be real hit and miss. A movie/show will go well for a while, then have to stop several times. Looking at anything with photos can take a bit to get as well.
