Check-in issue
5/5 The listing showed a name as the contact. When we didn't receive lock code information in a timely manner, we contacted the person shown. It turns out that he was the property owner, not the property manager. Fortunately, he was home when we called him, and he had a phone number for the property manager. She wasn't home when we first called - message wasn't returned. Second call reached her, and she assured us that we should have received that information (which we still hadn't). Within the hour, we did receive the code (as we were leaving for the airport to fly there), and everything went well after that. The house was perfect for our needs.

4/5 House was clean and nice location. Prime location to Crystal River.The 2 things that would have made our stay better was to have blinds in kichen and sunroom for privacy. Also a TV in master bedroom. Also, there were only 4 towels for 4 night stay. Overall it was a great stay.

A great place to stay
5/5 Once we saw it was available, we were happy to reserve it for another visit. It was a very comfortable place for our week in Florida - clean and comfortable!Next time we come down we will look for it first!
