  came to florida to visit family and we had our first stay in a airbnb. we enjoyed our stay. the house was what we expected. nancy that i talked with if issues occurred was very nice and will contact her if we ever come back to florida in the future. on the negative side bring extra paper products for family of 6.

  We enjoyed the location of this home, and the amenities it offered. The pool was nice (and large!) and the home had everything needed during our stay. It would have been nice to have access to the pantry, as the kitchen is a little small - and the garage, to keep dry from the summer showers. You may want to consider adding access to those amenities. We’ll be back!

• Perfect Pool Palace

  I can not put in words how perfect this home was. I stayed here with my children ages 13 and 10. The home itself is large and functional. Every room in the home has a view of the pool, perfect to keep an eye on the kids. The home is sparkling clean and so is the pool. Everything you need to cook is provided they also supply with starter items such as paper towels and shampoo, dish detergent as well as pool toys. We had my two older children over and their kids over and cooked out on the gas grill that is provided . Home is in good location only a few miles away from shopping and nice restaurants. My kids spend the entire time in the pool so I had plenty of time to read one of the many books in the home. The area is very quiet and you can hear crickets at night, I’d keep that in mind for the quiet hours since there are many neighbors around that enjoy the quiet hours as well. The host was available for assistance and any questions I had. The company was very prompt with helping also.

  William, this home has recently undergone new ownership who has honored all previous commitments after purchase. Based on your review, the new owner took the opportunity to conduct a thorough inspection of the property, and immediate action was taken with the following:
  
  - Repaired both shower heads (master and guest bathrooms), and replace/upgraded the kitchen faucet.
  - The stain in the patio has been fully removed
  - The solar pool heater has been repaired enabling the pool to be properly heated at all times
  - The pool filter has been replaced along with addressing pool pump issues that prevented the pool from being properly cleaned.
  - The ripped chair was removed from the home as I decided that rather than repair a chair that added congestion to the living room area, it was removed from the home. I will be replacing the sofa and loveseat pieces in the very near future.
  
  I am confident going forward that I am completely aligned with my property manager to monitor any such lapses in the home and will proactively address any further issues from occurring prior to guest check-ins in the future. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience experienced and certainly hope that you consider staying in my home during your next stay in Citrus Springs.
